At FunnyBubbleShop, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Custom Products
All of our products are made-to-order and customized for each customer. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@funnybubble.shop within 2 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Incorrect sizes or design expectations (please review size charts and product details before purchasing).
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after placing an order.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
