Once your order is processed, we cannot make changes or cancel the order due to the custom nature of the products.

No Returns: Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizes, design expectations, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product details and size charts carefully before placing an order.
